I see my class as an opportunity to reset your state of being. We use the physical challenge to reorganize the mental clutter and we do this with a healthy dose of humor.
Teaching yoga is a really unique way to connect with people. The intensity immediately strips you of pretense, leaving the room ready for realness. It feels honest.

What drew you to yoga?
My cousin invited me to my first yoga class. Thankfully, my hesitation to try something new did not scare me away. After my first class, I knew that I needed to learn more; I felt different, better, lighter. I began to build my personal practice and foundation for 12 years as a student. Then I finally took the time to become a teacher and really expand on what has helped my life in so many ways! Thank you yoga for the breath, the movement and the peace!

What drew you to teaching?
Initially it was to deepen my own practice and build my own skillset. But the more I instructed others I found that if my class makes even one person have a better day, that is what brings me joy.
I hope that my students feel challenged but know that they don’t have to be pushed to the limit to succeed in their practice. Just like the ocean, there will be ebbs and flows in our practices…take what you need for that particular day.

My classes focus on intentional movement with plenty of space to practice in a way that feels supportive and real in your body, whether you’re in restorative, gentle, slow flow or power vinyasa.
As a Reiki Master, I hold a grounded environment where nervous system awareness and self-trust matter just as much as the poses. Students often leave feeling more connected, regulated, and confident in listening to themselves both on and off the mat.
Yoga started as a personal anchor that helped me reconnect with my body and find steadiness through different seasons of life. Teaching grew naturally from that experience and became a way to hold space for others to explore movement, build self-trust and realize their practice doesn’t have to look a certain way to be meaningful.

Nicole brings a powerhouse blend to her yoga flows as she combines her anatomical knowledge with her physical athleticism. Having a background in competitive sports, she understands the demands high-performance movement places on the body.
Holding certifications in personal training (NASM-CPT), indoor cycle (AFAA), group fitness (AFAA), and 200 hr yoga (plus many others), Nicole’s classes are rooted in functional movement. Her love of music shines in her playlists, they will keep you engaged and entertained!

I found yoga shortly after starting my career in a fast-paced corporate environment. It was the first thing that helped unplug from the day and step out of my mind and back into my body.
What began as a personal reset quickly became something I wanted to share. Teaching allows me to create a space where people can slow down, breathe, and remember that yoga doesn’t have to be perfect or serious. It can simply be a place to move, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.
