- 02We understand that emergencies happen. However, Lake Cycle is a pick-your-spot studio, meaning riders intentionally select specific bikes within the room. Because of this, late cancellations are often difficult to refill on short notice, impacting both riders who may have wanted to attend & the overall class experience for the instructor and community. As a courtesy, Lake Cycle offers two discretionary late-cancel credits annually. To request consideration, please complete the form linked below. Please note: Discretionary credits are limited to two per calendar year Approved credits remain subject to the original expiration timeframe of your package or membership
- 03There is no charge for weather-related cancellations. For morning classes, Lake Cycle generally follows Painesville Local Schools weather closings. For evening classes, weather-related decisions are typically made approximately one hour before class start time. Please check our social media channels for the most up-to-date schedule information & announcements.
- 04Please Park in the public lot located near the shopping center. 📍 Lake Cycle 7645 Crile Rd Concord, OH 44077 Please follow all posted parking signage & ensure your vehicle is properly secured.
- 05Please plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes before class, and no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. This ensures you have enough time to check in, get properly fitted to your bike, clip in, and settle into the space comfortably. To keep the experience smooth for everyone: We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a safe, seamless experience for all riders. Reserved bikes may be released to riders on the waitlist 4 minutes before class begins Late entry is not permitted once class has started due to the dark, immersive studio environment
- 06For safety & experience reasons, riders will not be permitted to enter class more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Lake Cycle rides take place in a dark, immersive environment, and late entry can be disruptive to both the flow of class and the safety of riders already in motion. We recommend arriving at least 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in, bike setup, clipping in, and getting settled before the ride begins.
- 07Age Requirements & Minor Rider Guidelines Ages 13–17 may attend with a parent or legal guardian present, along with a signed waiver Children under 13 are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the class description Additional Requirements for Minor Riders All riders must clip in using cycling shoes compatible with SPD or Delta cleats Rental shoes are available; however, if appropriate sizing is not available, the rider will not be able to participate — please plan accordingly Minor children may not be left unattended in the lobby at any time We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe, structured, and elevated experience for all riders.
- 08No. Our team is actively supporting class check-ins, bike fittings, and the overall studio experience, and is not able to monitor unattended children. For this reason, minor children may not be left alone in the lobby at any time. Lake Cycle cannot assume responsibility or liability for the safety of unattended minors. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe, structured, and elevated experience for all riders.
- 09Yes — at Lake Cycle, all riders are required to clip in using cycling shoes compatible with SPD or Delta cleats. You’re welcome to bring your own shoes if they meet these requirements. If not, rental shoes are available for $3 per class. We recommend reserving your shoes in advance if you’re concerned about availability, as sizing may be limited. Please note: you cannot ride without clip-in shoes. If you find yourself loving the ride, we encourage investing in your own pair — and our team is always happy to help guide you to the right fit & options.
