Lake Cycle Coach Certification
Dates: January 15-17, 2027

You’ve taken the ride. Now learn what it takes to lead one.

What is included?

​

  • A 14-hour training program: 10 hours of classroom instruction & 4 hours of curriculum-supported work, including community ride practice, teaching your community ride & completing the final exam.

  • Lake Cycle’s unique instructor programming—music-driven ride design, cueing, instructor voice, teaching by example & class leadership.

  • Your training manual to support your learning throughout the program & beyond.

  • Hands-on teaching experience through a 20-minute teach-back, instructor feedback & a 45-minute community class.

  • A Certificate of Completion from Lake Cycle, an Approved Continuing Education Provider for NASM & AFAA, upon completing all requirements & passing the final exam with a score of 80% or higher.

  • A Cycle Instructor tank top & special Lake Cycle giveaways.

  • Two healthy snacks on each of the first two training days.

The Certification Requirements

2 hours of independent study
20-minute live teach-back

Lake Cycle is an Approved Continuing Education Provider for NASM & AFAA.

 

Our 14-hour instructor training develops your skills in music-driven ride design, cueing, instructor voice & class leadership through classroom learning, self-study & practical teaching.

Participants who successfully complete all requirements earn a

Lake Cycle Certificate of Completion.

The Investment
The full training experience is $499.
The first five trainees to register by paying in full will receive early bird pricing of $449—a $50 savings.
