Class Cancellation Policy: ​

To ensure fairness & availability for all riders, the following cancellation policy applies:

 

Class Pass Members-

Cancel within 12 hours of your ride → class credit is forfeited

 

Cycle Contract Members-

Cancel within 12 hours of your ride → class credit is forfeited

 

Unlimited Contract Members-

Cancel within 12 hours of your ride → $20 late cancel fee applied

 

Workshops, Events & Trainings-

Cancel at least 12 hours in advance to retain your credit

All bookings are non-refundable & non-transferable

Class Passes: 

All Lake class passes expire 12 months from date of purchase.

Yes. A full year.
