Need to take a little break from your monthly payment

but want to make sure you keep your savings?


Submit this FREEZE FORM for up to 60 days per calendar year;

this time frame does not have to be consecutive.


You will not be charged during your FREEZE TIME.

NO ADDITIONAL FEES


  • Freezing versus canceling can benefit you! It gives you flexibility and lets you restart your practice when ready without changing your current membership rate.


  • Students may freeze their accounts for up to 60 days per calendar year; this time frame does not have to be consecutive.


  • Please submit your freeze request at least 30 days before your desired withdrawal date. If we receive your request less than 30 days before the scheduled payment withdrawals, we'll hold this payment as a credit on your account and apply it to your next payment date after your freeze ends. We apologize, but we cannot refund membership dues once they are withdrawn.

  • Freeze requests DO NOT APPLY to regular class passes.

  • Freeze requests DO NOT APPLY one-month no-contract memberships & Annual Unlimited Memberships cannot be paused.

    However, we do have the ability to extend these packages up to 60 days.




Naturally, life circumstances and emergencies happen.

In these cases, please reach out, and we will work with you.

Membership Freeze Terms & Conditions

Freeze requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your desired withdrawal date. If we receive your request less than 30 days before the scheduled payment withdrawals, we'll hold this payment as a credit on your account and apply it to your next payment date after your freeze ends. We apologize, but we cannot refund membership dues once they are withdrawn. We'll email you two weeks before your membership is set to resume. We apologize; Lake Cycle cannot offer refunds for membership dues that have already been processed.
